Dr.Namrata Anand is a Consultant Homeopath and Nutritionist. Her expertise belongs to Homeopathic treatments, Weight Management
(Loss/Gain) and Children’s Health Problems. With a study and practice, she has introduced Homeo-Cosmetics at Pulsetila.
Ms Meghana Pande (Owner & Founder)
MSc,CIDESCO(Zurich) Aesthetician Ms.Meghana has brought a rich experience 8+ years from Singapore in Therapeutic Body Treatments to Pulsetila. In all, she has 16+ years of experience in Beauty and Cosmetics practices.

Memberships are offered to clients and customers with a fixed price to avail benefits and privileges offered by Pulsetila time to time.

Finance
Pulsetila holds current account at renowned public sector bank. Income and Expenditure are maintained, tracked and audited by appointed Chartered Accountant each year and/or as and when required.
Either of founder members are authorized as Authorized Signatory for Cheques and related transactions.
Dissolution
When a group is required to cease from it’s existence, assets will be sold off; debts will be repaid and the surplus assets or finances will then be distributed equally within group members. In case, if there is no adequate amount to repay debts, respective differential amount will be borne by group members equally.
Amendments to Constitution
Changes/Amendments to a constitution are deliberated at a general meeting consisting of all group members and a majority vote in favour of any amendments needs to be reached. Special general meetings would be arranged and conducted to discuss potential changes of Constitution, with prior notice of one month given to all members.
